Each quarter we shine a spotlight on team members who exemplify our dedication to service and our core values. For this quarter, Q3 - 2024, we are pleased to honor Jana Dornbusch, Director – Operations & Planning with CRI’s President’s Award.
Joining the CRI team in 2022, Jana brings nearly three decades of experience in the relocation industry. She became familiar with relocation early in her career - when she sought to transition out of an unfulfilling job. Through a family connection, Jana joined a local moving company as a rating clerk—her second position after high school—and quickly discovered how much she enjoyed the pace and processes of the industry. From that moment, she never looked back, working her way up to her current role at CRI. Today, as Director of Operations and Planning, Jana leverages her extensive experience to contribute to CRI’s ongoing success, championing initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction. Her recent recognition with the Q3 President’s Award reflects her strong commitment to CRI and her profound impact on the company’s operational excellence.

Tell us something you’re excited about
At the end of each year, my family does a family trip (typically a cabin stay). This is a time for all of us to gather as a family to disconnect from work, relax, have some fun and recharge before the new year begins. It’s a wonderful opportunity to reflect upon the blessings in our lives and do a mental reset before we begin the New Year.
