Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Resilience, Community, and Connection

This year has been a remarkable journey for Corporate Relocation International (CRI), and we want to take a moment to reflect on the milestones, challenges, and unforgettable moments that have shaped our story.

Q1: A Strong Start to 2024

  • We kicked off January with our Q1 Kickoff Rally and Open House in Flower Mound, showcasing our new office space and connecting with clients and associates over delicious BBQ from Phatt BBQ. In
  • February, we unveiled our new logo, adding a fresh look to our brand, and enjoyed Valentine’s Day with a Box Decorating Contest featuring some furry friends.
  • March was monumental! CRI was named one of the top five best companies in relocation by the Baker’s Dozen Awards, and we launched our Quickbuy Homesale Program, offering relocating employees enhanced options in their home buying experience.

Q2: Momentum and Excitement Builds

  • April brought excitement with our Solar Eclipse Parties, uniting our teams in celebration.
  • In May, we officially kicked off our peak season with a fun pie-throwing challenge—a perfect way to boost our spirits! Our teams also represented CRI at the 2024 SHRM Talent Conference in Las Vegas.
  • We celebrated our first President's Award recipient of the year in Q1, Tammy Smith.

Q3: Celebrating Milestones and Community Impact

  • In August, we kept spirits high during our peak season with some fun around the office, including an engaging Office Olympics. 
  • September was dedicated to giving back; each of our offices hosted food drives for Hunger Action Month in partnership with Move for Hunger
  • CRI/WellRive co-branded building signage was completed at Flower Mound office.
  • A huge congratulations to our Q2 President's Award recipient, Ashley Banks, for her exceptional dedication!

Q4: A Year of Resilience and Giving Back

  • October was a testament to our leadership and resilience. Our senior leadership team traveled to areas affected by Hurricane Milton, delivering vital support to those in need. It was a humbling experience that reinforced our commitment to community.
  • As we transitioned into November and December, we embraced the spirit of the season with joyful celebrations in each office. These moments of connection reminded us of the importance of our CRI family.
  • On December 13, we launched our Work from Anywhere initiative, offering our employees flexibility to finish the year strong and head into 2025 with renewed energy.
  • We also celebrated our Q3 President's Award recipient, Jana Dornbusch, recognizing her outstanding contributions to our team.
