What to Expect from Movers during a Pandemic

If you're moving during this time, you may notice some changes to regular operations, especially when it comes to new health and safety practices as a result of COVID-19 protocols. Here's a few things to keep in mind and should expect from your movers during this time:

Maintaining 6 feet of space

Our movers are practicing standard social distancing protocols and keeping a distance of at least 6 feet wherever applicable. Keep this in mind as they're moving around your house. Not only is it proper social distancing, it's for your safety and allows them to work more efficiently and effectively

Make a bathroom or kitchen sink available

Movers are washing their hands regularly during the entire process and we're asking our transferees to designate a hand washing station so we can practice proper protocol

Virtual Surveys

Offering virtual surveys instead of physical in home pre-move surveys has been a growing trend in the industry the past few years and we are expecting it to keep growing. Virtual surveys are significantly more convenient for families, offering 24/7 flexibility to schedule surveys when it works best for you.

Perfect your wave

Just because we're keeping our distance doesn't mean we're not friendly! We're greeting our customers with hand-shake alternatives that don't involve contact.

When looking for a mobility company, communication is key. Part of the CRI advantage is you can trust our process at every touch point during your corporate move. Our moving services are not simply a referral to the van line system like our competitors. Moving can be stressful at anytime and we want to make sure that during this pandemic, our moves prioritize your safety and peace of mind.
